This Policy governs only information collected through the Services and does not apply to information collected offline or through third-party websites not controlled by First-Look.

A. Information You Provide Voluntarily

You may provide information directly to us when you:

• Register for an account as a writer, buyer, or other user
• Upload scripts, screenplays, teleplays, short stories, or other creative properties
• Purchase credits, subscriptions, reports, or other Services
• Communicate with us via email, forms, or customer support channels
• Participate in surveys, beta programs, or promotional activities

Information collected may include:

• Full name, email address, username, and login credentials
• Billing details and transaction information (processed by third-party payment processors)
• Professional affiliations or industry-related information
• Uploaded creative materials, project metadata, and descriptive information

All creative works and materials uploaded by writers or creators remain the sole property of their respective owners. First-Look claims no ownership interest in such content.

B. Confidentiality and Visibility

Creative properties uploaded to the Services are private by default. Writers retain sole control over whether, when, and how a property is published, listed, or made visible to buyers within the marketplace.

C. Use of Uploaded Content

Uploaded creative materials:

• Are processed solely for the purpose of providing Services such as scoring, feedback, analysis, and marketplace functionality
• Are not used to train, fine-tune, or improve machine learning or artificial intelligence models
• Are not disclosed to other users unless the writer affirmatively elects to publish or share the property

Use of feedback, scores, or reports is optional and remains entirely at the discretion of the writer.

5. Provisions Specific to Buyers and Industry Professionals

Buyers and industry professionals may access creative properties only through the permissions and visibility controls established by writers and the Services.

Information collected from buyers is used to:

• Verify accounts and professional access
• Enable search, filtering, and discovery tools
• Communicate regarding marketplace activity, updates, or transactions

Buyers may not access unpublished or private creative materials without express authorization.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Company uses cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:

• Authenticate users and maintain secure sessions
• Store user preferences
• Analyze usage patterns and site performance
• Support marketing attribution and analytics
